This unique Intense Icy Conditioner is formulated with our Davroe Black Dye complex, which removes any unwanted yellow tones in very light and platinum blonde hair. Enriched with Blue Butterfly Pea and Black Mulberry extracts, this toning conditioner hydrates naturally dry and chemically treated blonde hair. Improving combability and overall hair health while imparting shine.
