This unique Intense Icy shampoo is formulated with our Black Dye Complex, which gives soft cool tones to very light and platinum blonde hair and prolongs the effects of ash and silver tones. Containing Blue Butterfly Pea and Black Mulberry extracts, this shampoo leaves natural and chemically treated blonde hair soft and hydrated, improving overall condition of the hair.
